Keisha Hickson is a professional speaker, author, and transformative entrepreneur whose work centers on resilience, leadership, and empowerment. After a 25-year career in financial services rising to Vice President and Senior Branch Manager in Wealth Management. She transitioned from corporate leadership to purpose-driven entrepreneurship, building businesses that reflect her core values of strength, compassion, and community impact.

In 2017, Keisha founded Shining Star Kids Salon™, a nurturing space designed to celebrate natural beauty and confidence in children. She further expanded her wellness mission with Survivante Collection™, an aromatherapy brand that promotes healing, balance, and self-care. She later launched The Hickson Agency™, a leadership and training firm that helps professionals and organizations foster cultures of inclusion for individuals living with invisible disabilities.

As a multiple myeloma survivor, Keisha also founded Multiple Myeloma Matters™, a nonprofit dedicated to raising awareness, providing education, and advocating for patients and caregivers navigating life with this rare blood cancer.
